The Complete Decision Making Method combines humanistic motivational functions, the ethical decision making model developed by LaRue Hosmer, the military decision making process, and future probability analysis to gather all available pertinent data to ensure the most thorough and appropriate decision can be made at the time necessary.

The Complete Decision Making Method can apply to personal, professional, public, and corporate decisions.


This process has been used to determine career paths for young adults, political paths for people deciding to enter public service, municipal actions steering city policy and community activity, relationship decisions, and to solve other complex problems. The process is not topic specific and can be applied to any decisive action.



Cost





There are two forms of cost that come with the Complete Decision Making Method one of time and another of money.


Time: I do not make the decision for you. I will not simply tell you what to do. The Complete Decision Making Method is a tool I guide you through so that YOU can make the best decision for YOUR life. This is a partnership where I guide you through the process and you execute the process.


Money: You will be paying for my experience and mentorship leading you through the Complete Decision Making Method. Once you are comfortable with the method you can take it and use it on your own. Prices vary based on personal income and will be negotiated during the free assessment period. Corporate and business fees are negotiable based on the value of the business and negotiated during the free assessment period.




Background and experience



I have over 20 years of experience guiding and informing the decisions of business leaders, city management, and Army general officers. References can be provided upon request. The Complete Decision Making Method was developed through multiple iterations through these years to ensure my advice to commanders and management was as clear and precise as possible. The development of this method was originally driven by my own fear of being ignorant of the matters at hand and providing poor guidance to my employers. It has since been refined into a repeatable and proven method to account for multitudes of variables that impact your decisions.
